New records in the recent CWC league 2 game in Kathmandu
1. USA tied lowest ODI score with 35. They share this with Zimbabwe, who scored 35 against Sri Lanka.
2. Shortest completed ODI innings in terms of balls bowled (12 overs). Previous was 18 overs for Zim v SL
3. Shortest ODI with a result, total 17.2 overs

Nepal looked decent from last time I saw them.
 
Reminds me of a one-day game decades ago, albeit with a totally different context. Somerset declared on 1-0 after one over to protect a superior strike rate. The other side scored their two runs in two overs. The shortest one day game in history. Somerset were subsequently thrown out of the competition for bringing the game into disrepute.
