What will newspapers do? Whenever any female gets out of a car anywhere, it seems like there's a flurry of paparazzi on their knees trying to get a shot of the celeb's knickers (or lack thereof). Or will the law not apply to paparazzi just like the having to obtain permission from someone before taking or publishing a photograph of them
