I see they mention how people are now staying in Sunderland rather than heading to Newcastle. Hopefully that trend continues as Sunderland keeps on improving.

The best reviews tend to come from Jack Thai and Pho179 despite neither having any noticeable online advertising or marketing. In fact, most people I speak to don't even know Jack Thai exists.

Hopefully there's a space for all of them tho.
