Underrated bands

Kid at work who gets to a lit of small London gigs has mentioned this lot. Like The La's, Coral, Zutons etc he reckons.

Am proper ignorant towards new bands and automatically think they're shite so don't bother listening but glad I did with these like well impressed. Gonna try and see them in Leeds next month.

Cousteau have reformed. Playing the 100 Club.
UK/Aussie band who did nowt in the UK but were massive in Italy in the early 90s. They're a sort of cross between Scott Walker, Burt Bacharach and David Bowie according to a few of the music mags. Apparently they had to change their name to Moreau at one point for copyright reasons but that must be sorted out now.
Their first albums one of my all time top 20. Just found out it was a rerecorded version of one on a smaller label which I've just snapped up from eBay for £1.79!

Were they on later with joolz a while back
