For me:

Cover drive: Ian Bell obviously
Cut: Strauss
Defence: Trott
Pull: KP
Straight drive: Stokes
Innovation: Buttler
Power: Stokes

Disagree on Buttler, I think he's followed where Morgan and Pietersen lead

Yeah I struggled to choose between KP and Buttler there. Went with Buttler as think he has the best range of unorthodox shots out but KP (and others like de villiers) definitely set the tone for the T20 era

Cover drive: Vaughan
Cut: Chef
Defence: Chef
Pull: KP
Straight drive: KP
Innovation: Buttler
Power: Stokes
Pads: Trott

Don’t think Morgan or Pietersen, played the ramp shot, as much or as good or with as much consistency of success as Buttler does mind.
Robin Smith isn't on the list of cutters, neither is Botham on the pull, I'm out.

Robin smith brilliant cutter of fast bowling and like already said the cover drive has to be Gower.

I agree they don't but Buttler wasn't the first player to play the ramp. I don't remember anyone switch hitting before KP or playing shots like this before Morgan:

No doubt Buttler is a fantastic executioner but I just feel that he's following the true innovators in KP and Morgan as nobody played they way they did for England before

Off drive - Vaughan
On drive - pietersen
Cut - Robin Smith
Pull/hook - Stewart
Cover drive - bell
Back foot drive - root
Forward defence - cook
Nurdle to leg side - thorpe
Sweep - stokes
