I think you have to paste the link then wait for the actual tweet to load before posting you’re reply/post, seen the same issue on different forums.

Yes, twitter/x/Elon has disabled embedding. Nothing we can do about it.

Try using X's Copy Link option and pasting it into the forum's Enter Media URL. Works for me.

If the link begins https://x.com you'll need to change it to https://twitter.com
