Trouble after the match

The racism accusation is not true.

A group of young Sunderland fans (early teens) were throwing stuff at the northbound platform at the Stadium of Light station. Very annoying as I am not sure the Charlton fans were even in a majority. As my wife and I were standing on the platform (at the far north end so most likely to be hit) I was very cheesed off.

Charlton fans in the queue to get onto the platform then gave chase. The youngsters soon scarpered. One or two who had come down the stairs got a bit of a slap but not much.

The Charlton fans were in their 20s/30s/40s. Whatever your view of fully grown men slapping youngsters, in this particular instance my sympathies were all with the Charlton fans. They did come back celebrating their “victory” at giving chase which was a bit weird mind. Annoyingly the Sunderland youngsters came back and restarted their missile throwing. Fortunately the metro then turned up.

So shows he’s a lying bastard then trying to race bait no doubt he will worm
His way out of it don’t even think he’s in Sunderland or follows us clearly the lad has mental issues hopefully he gets the help he needs

That's not a hooligan battle its little shits being dealt with as they are too thick. Maybe they should say that vs the zulus as well.

I’m not sure how you rate it as a league table but we definitely haven’t got the best reputation

Would be the second time this week involving our "fans" to be fair.
