Trott

Will take an extended break from all cricket, suffering from a relapse of stress related illness which saw him come home from the Ashes tour.

Story on Cricinfo and to be broke in tomorrow's Daily Mail.

It'll be the next big thing to hit the premier league, relegation threatened players complaining of work based stress and their need to have a couple of months off, on full pay.

Mark my words.

Fuck Off you uneducated ****

The bloke isn't well, lot of dickheads on here like, luckily you will never know what anxiety feels like it, it is a big part of depression

This ^^^

It's sad that some people feel the need to have a go at Trott. The guy genuinely needs help.

His interview didn't do him any favours, I guess this may be evidence that he was still in denial about the underlying issue
Exactly. Which advisor/professional helper thought it was a good idea to, not only deny it, but do so in the full glare of Sky's cameras? Unreal.

The interview he did with sky didn't do him any favours at all. Talking about coming back to the England fold whenever he liked, denying being mentally ill, just exhausted etc.

I think he is finished at the top level. Hope he make a full recovery though.

Dunno why he was so afraid to use the d word, every english player uses it

Maybe a cultural thing
