Tommy Watson ( ...off to Brighton)

if he is even thinking of going he should be talking to the likes of mundle Robert cirkin and Ballard who have all moved for football reasons to Sunderland ……………… they will tell him.

Says more about the lad than the club if he leaves.

That's disappointing of him if true. Some players just don't have sense and are badly advised. There is no place better for his development than here, just need to look at all the others who have left too early and flopped.

Personally I'd kill to learn my trade at my boyhood club, before leaving when ready, but I am not as money orientated as some. Maybe it shows he doesn't have enough confidence in himself if he wants to claw at the first big money deal that comes along, maybe he feels he might not turn out good enough and never get another one.
But that’s just your opinion. Maybe the advice he is getting is really good. Maybe he thinks Brighton is a better place for his development. Maybe it it shows he has massive confidence in himself and he thinks he can go there and get into the first team really really quickly.
