Tommy Watson ( ...off to Brighton)

Absolutely. Mundle isn't realistically going to start the next 5/6 games. If we lost Watson but got a left winger in ready to hit the ground running, it would he a small silver lining.

Aye, it's also that we're not going to get the best out of Le Fee playing where he is at the moment. By the time the beginning of March comes 'round we could have too much to do with not enough matches left.

Not sure where they're going to get this left-winger from though, easier said than done. Reckon the club will have been looking all weekend in case they do get the money offered that they want for Watson.

How many times under this ownership have we signed played ready to hit the ground running?

Not very common at all

It's very common. Most of the players the club has bought have been ready to play and have done, but you can only play 11 players in a match and it's good planning to bring a few in for the future.

Anyway, it's a different situation. In a good position to go up, the club knows what we need today and that's a left-winger to play now so that the team has balance and Le Fee can be moved inside.

Your posts are generally negative and you don't seem to have faith in the people running the club. I don't agree with you. Reckon they know what they're doing and what they need. If they can't get that player, then I reckon it won't be for the want of trying.

It's a big shame if he goes so quickly. From what I've seen, I think he's better than Chris Rigg. I think he's gonna be one hell of a player.

I wonder if that Ian Harte guy has been turning his head. Apparently he goes out with Ian Hartes's daughter.
Is it true Danny Graham is his agent?

Really ? Who do Brighton fans think they are 😳 Hopefully another 5yrs or so they’ll sink back to L1 their natural level crap club

Seems so. Lost the dressing room according to North Stand Chat and was a poll wanting him out. My mate who is a ST holder and usually very sensible is also starting to question him as seems a lot of unrest in the playing squad.

Load of shite. I've consistently said KLD has done a great job and Speakman a tremendous job. But I'm not expecting signings today that will come in and be starters straight away. We have a good team and I'd be surprised if we are bringing in that level of player and who's also fit and ready.
Brown, Isidor, Mepham and Le Fee just this season.
Browne was a backup tbh. I'm talking about starting 11 players who make a difference straight away.

Its not just a Sunderland thing either but loads of players these days 'have to learn the systems or they're being let go because they're barely playing.

A problem we have is we have good players and improving on them costs alot of money.

"adviser" apparently....whatever that f***ing stinking tramp is able to advise on
Anyone listening to him needs help mind. Glorifying being an unprofessional pi$$ head in that podcast. Wouldn't even get to talk to my kids about representing them.

Hope Watson stays. But if he goes we just need to play hard ball on the sell on clause. Strange a lad whose dream is to play for the lads is happy after so few starts. Unless the injury has made him think how quickly it could all change.

Brown started the first game of the season. He got injured and Rigg took his chance. All 4 are part of the first team squad.

Is he not staying or has there been developments since this? Don’t know why I’m asking anyone on here mind

Surprised to hear that because quite a few of your posts involve the idea that they're 'not giving it a go'. Seems inconsistent with 'doing a tremendous job'.

Either way, I trust that they know what they need, know what they're doing, and if they can't get what they need it's not for the want of trying.
