Tommy Watson ( ...off to Brighton)

Not with the contracts we have most of them tied up to.

There's only Neil, Cirkin and Watson going into their final year.

We might be a Premier League team too.
If were premier league it will be opposite scenario , nobody will want to leave

Unfortunately until we make it to the promised land we will always be left open to clubs in the prem being able to poach our young players as has been proven over recent seasons. Shame but that’s how it goes until we get there.

If he's 18 months left with no indication of signing a new deal, the club would be daft not to consider offers.

Sell with a loan straight back perhaps? He wouldn't get immediate game time Premier League. He doesn't get in ahead of Mundle for me either when both are fit.

Reality is we will sell anyone if the bid is right. We're nothing more than a feeder team to the big boys, just like every other low end Premier / Championship side.

Absolutely not he’s gone small time as fuck having him on loan

I’d sign the papers with minutes to spare so he can rot in their academy for the next few months as well before joining Stoke next season

We have form for dealing with contracts just before a transfer window closes. I think Ballard has had one every year 🤣. This makes financial sense as you then know more accurately what your wage bill is and what you can afford to offer any signing.

Looking forward to Dan Neil, Tommy Watson and Dennis Cirkin all accepting new contracts tomorrow morning and Mepham on a permanent.

My worry if we don’t go up is Neil Cirkin and Watson due to contracts , Mepham loan ends, plus Jobe almost certainly plus maybe one of Trai, Ballard or Rigg.
Back to square one - with some cash after operating costs but half a good team to replace.

We wouldn’t let more than a couple go. Then we have Triantis, Samed, Brown, Rigg, Mayenda, Mundle, Ogunsuyi, Mepham, etc…plus whoever we bring in

If all those went, we'd have more money than the parachute clubs.
