Tommy Watson ( ...off to Brighton)

How accurate is this speculation?
Shouldn’t we wait until we officially hear from the club, before pissing our knickers?

In the meanwhile….I would go with Aouchiche as a stopgap. He did well when he came on against Bristol City.

Be interesting to see what Reggie does
Big test of his game plans …
Hope he nails it

Genuine only player we have that can fill that role now is Ba. God help us all.
So apart from suggestions of Wilson, Mayenda, Connolly and AA who have all played ahead of Ba and Jewi who also can play that wing , then we only genuinely have Ba who can fill that roll. Is that what you are saying?

Speculation is spot on! Medial ligaments and ankle minimum 8 weeks out!

I must say mind, Watson has played far better than i thought he would. Still a little weak at times but you can just tell he is a very good prospect

(i dont watch any reserve / u21 stuff)
Fair enough. he's excellent. I don't think anyone who has watched the reserves / u21 stuff had the slightest doubt.

If we want someone who is an inverted winger, yes.

Isidor is a centre forward. Mayenda is left footed. Connolly is a centre forward. AA is an attacking midfielder.

It's arguable whether Ba has a position at all, but if he has, it's off the left.

I 100% guarantee Ba will not start the next game

If it’s 2 months then I’m absolutely gutted for the lad. This was his chance to get a good run of games and Mundle would’ve had to force him out the side.

I’m sure there’s no team in the country with worse injury luck than us.
Whilst this is just a bad luck injury we do need to have a good luck at our medical stuff. Appreciate every club has injuries but we have way more players out than most and for lengthy periods.

Player who comes into the team to replace injured player as well ! The lad will be gutted after just hitting the ground running as well. Just one of them hard fair challenges that has jarred his ankle/knee ligaments by the look of it

I think it's the fact we sold our 1st choice left winger in Clarke and then brought through Mundle who then got injured, and we moved on and brought in Watson who looked topper who has now got injured. Mayenda will have to fill in but the left side doesn't suit him

There's no one volunteering to play left wing 😱

*It'll be Paddy Roberts 😉

3 at the back with Hume and Cirkin wingbacks. Isidor and Meyenda up top with one of them running the channels.
It's time ;)

The good thing about this is that for the next two or three games it would totally fuck up the oppositions preparation..

Especially given how so many teams currently seem to know exactly what we are going to do before the game even starts

Haway reggy mix it up
