Tommy Watson ( ...off to Brighton)

Prefer Mundle, but the lad is clearly good enough at 19 for this league, which speaks volumes.

Read on here after the Sheffield United match a comment from a typical moaning whopper saying the fact he was second choice shows how poor the squad is and we need to sign some experience. Whoever it was: boil your head.

If he was a right winger, he’d be first choice. Although that was one Roberts’s best game for a while tbf. We still need to sign a right winger who can win matches more consistently imo.

Mundle has more pace and currently more strength but I was beginning to wonder if he had enough before injury as I felt he was struggling for consistency and quality when sides began to get really close to him and it slowed down his output considerably.

Watson seemingly doesn't possess the same level of pace or strength right now, but he way he attacks space and plays in terms of passing movements he seems a cleverer footballer, though he hasn't had the same level of attention yet.

Pretty glad we have them as options. We need to address options on the right side as you say.

Watched our u21 team quite often last season and we beat Liverpool 2-1 and Watson was outstanding . Funny enough Koumas who scored for Stoke today scored that night for Liverpool

If Roberts had a right foot he’d be a good player.
