Trying to be impartial here , I watched last night's game and , he does not impress does he. Looks like what he is , decent mid table championship player. Boro have maybe 4 of em , Hackney , Azar and at a push Bergzorg.
Rest of em are really poor and that team isn't going anywhere soon.

Conway does have the best goals to minutes ratio in the entire divison tbf. Think he's got 2 less than isidor, in a worse team, from far fewer games.
