Prior to Carrick, our model involved giving Garry Monk £50 million to piss up the wall on legends like Britt Assombalonga and Ashley Fletcher, or letting Pulis spaff an alleged 12 million quid plus on George Saville and Aden Flint. This new way of doing things is 2 or 3 seasons old - not 15.
