Mendy has done well in Ligue 2 but not sure how strong that is in comparison to the championship, there’s not many goals in that league so maybe he will bang then in in the championship. Simic would be another level love to see us get him but doubt it will be happen.

It’s not just the club saying Wilson can play centre forward, the lad says himself that’s where he plays.

Nothing surprises me anymore mate.Still wondering why we reduced our chances of promotion by selling arguably our most important asset for £15m plus add ons. You don’t sell an asset for way below what he is worth ( I know people will say he is only worth what someone is prepared to pay) so on that basis I would have kept my asset knowing if he does well again we will get a better offer for him and improve the teams chances of promotion.

It's a fair fee I'd say. My worry is more the injury he had, and the struggle to get game time since, even when Leicester have been short if options. Also they were happy to loan cannon still yet recalled and kept simms two year ago, so would seem they felt simms was a better option as well
