Timur Tutierov

I must be missing something here but he hasn't stood out when I've seen him play.
I just watch the the matches on Youtube, so I'm not claiming to be an expert, but I'm inclined to agree with you. From the bits that I've seen, we have some canny players and I think a few will have a decent career in football, but I don't see any of them and think 'Yeah, he'll be a Premier League player'

I know people develop at different rates and that, so I'm not saying it can't happen, just I can't see that in any of them, although I'd like to see some more of Geragusian, he's interesting.

I accept some people will have a hissy fit about this opinion.

With him being with a host family, not sure how that would work going out on loan unless it's local
Tutierov is 21 years of age in June 2026. By comparison, Matty Young was 17 years of age when he first moved to Salford, presumably his Mam didn't go with him. Similarly Mayenda was 18 years old when he went to Hibernian.

Tutierov has actually already made the bigger break with his family when he left Ukraine. I'm sure that he would be able to cope with an apartment in the likes of Sheffield or Southampton or Leicester.

He has the rest of this season and next season to demonstrate that he is deserving of a place among the 17 overseas players at the club, which is a big ask if he only plays Under-21 football and the club is now bringing in established full internationals.
