Must say I didn’t think much of him whenever I’ve watched him play but he’s now scored a couple professional goals and long may it continue

Theres others who have/are coming trough with more natural ability but he works his arse off and that will probably take him further than the others

He's got bags of pace too which certainly helps, one thing he lacked for the U21s was finishing seemed to miss about 2 or 3 one on ones every game.

To me he looked a bit lightweight, not particularly quick or skilful. Aye, worked hard but I didn’t think he’d make it.

Not to say I have owt against the lad, seems to be finding his feet.

I’ve been wrong before. I thought Colback would be an absolute phenom, Louis Laing would captain us at some point and Ingham would make a half decent keeper…

You can’t of seen much of him OR your one of them fans that put players in the picture frame of their starting position.

I’ve watched him a lot. He is full of energy and doesn’t stop working. He drops back and defends and although not prolific, gets into positions to be in the mix. Great development for him getting senior football. Very good prospect.
Don’t just base it on his two sub appearances.

Seems quick from the clips I’ve seen of him, granted not seen him in person.

Hopefully he can keep getting minutes and continue to progress.

Ok. I’m interested in why you didn’t rate him when you watched him and now he’s changing your mind when you haven’t watched him but seen he’s chalking goals.

What was your opinion of him in the 21s?
I’ve given mine.
