He really has to start looking tonight.. It could take a month or two to find someone, but I think another heavy defeat is in the cards before the end of the season, I hope not but he needs to moved on come the start of next season.

Nothing has changed? You mean apart from the complete revamp in how the club is set up and the rehaul of the recruitment process? Do you really think it's Donald and Methven who suddenly decided Phil Parkinson and Danny Graham weren't the future and started looking out for young talent like Cirkin?

Over my history supporting the club in every promotion season I’ve never seen us get spanked the way we’ve been destroyed at Rotherham, sheff wed and today. That’s just to name few defeats this season.

Who we get in I don’t know but if he’s got as much money as he’s supposed to have them break the bank for a serial winner.

he doesnt decide how much we spned..the league rules do...and any manager who would come here for just a huge payday is not suitable.
