This type of shit should be kept till the end of the game. Remember Gus shaking Lampard's hand before coming on to score against us.....that really boiled my piss.

Speaking as someone who played mostly as a keeper mesel, I understand where Krul is coming from, when you know you're performing at your best and only a worldy of an effort like that will beat you, when it does you respect the fact that it did!

Just as sometimes you'll see a class striker will sometimes congratulate a keeper, cos you know they've pulled off something exceptional to outdo you.... I know the occasion's not the same, but take Suarez shaking Joe Hart's hand the other week as an example, and that happened on the pitch during the game....

Genuinely don't understand the hoo-ha mesel tbh.

That Lampard thing is a different situation, Krul was just acknowledging the fact that he was beaten, Gus was blowing smoke up Frank's arse.
 
It was done in the tunnel, supposedly out of view of the fans. Nowt wrong with that at all - it's a f***ing sport. I don't supposed it made him any less determined to stop us scoring any more. People love looking for owt to be offended by.

thats as maybe, must have really inspired our players on the pitch who witnessed it though...
