Our support is very good. Being truthful we have always had a bigger support than Boro but we have never had as big a fanbase as the Newcast*e, the whole country knows that, but we do have a good support. We are in the middle of the two clubs support wise.

The club never said you wouldn’t have access to the site only that the match would be removed so you couldn’t buy tickets.

The queue happened because more people tried to get on the site than it could handle, so it kept a queue to make sure people who got there first got tickets first.

You logged on at 11:55 to get a headstart as you expected it to busy, sadly several thousand people thought the same and got on the site before you.

I’m all for giving the club stick but they did nothing wrong in this situation and in reality you were just too slow and missed out.

It's no different than people physically queuing at the ticket office earlier. Just because they say the ticket office doesn't open til 10am doesn't mean you can't get down there early and wait lol
