The issue isn’t as much a question of IT literacy, it’s that there are varying obstacles to making what should be a straightforward transaction.

Ticketmaster doesn’t like gmail. Other email systems appear to be ok.
The problem is with Ticketmaster and not SAFC.

This, had nowt bit bother with using gmail,changed to Using my virgin email and had no problems since
