Must depend on your history - fine with mine but I’ve had it 20 years and used it on TM for over a decade.
Really? I've bought tickets for various other events via Ticketshafter in recent months, all digital and sent to my gmail and all have arrived within seconds of completing the purchase. Having heard some of the horror stories about gmail for SAFC, I switched that over to my BT one just in case and that worked immediately.
From what's been said on here, it seems like the issue is specifically with SAFC's ticketing, albeit through Ticketshafter.
I’ve never been able to add tickets directly to my Apple Wallet from an email from SAFC. Always just says failedAlready have the wallet in use. Worked last week no problem.
Might delete it and start from scratch.

I think my workaround was copying the link and then pasting it into the browser. But it’s been a while.

I always save a screenshot as a backup and save directly on phone - it scans just as well and means you know you’re immune to any technical/access issues.

After the way things have gone for some this week, I might well print off the PDF as well, belt and braces and all that. Especially as I'm not going to arrive in Sunderland until 4:30 at the earliest.
