Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

I work in IT, in a highly technical role and I think the ticketing system is atrocious.

The map view is no longer fit for purpose on mobile/touch screen devices. There is a clear issue with the efficiency of the map that causes serious delays that should not exist with current tech.

When people say brush up on your IT skills, I agree to an extent with some things people complain about but the general usability of the ticketing system is not to the standard that it should be.

The fact that this is the offering from the largest ticketing service provider in the world is quite staggering. Someone will enter the market and take it easily if they want to.
A key point in your post is that. But people constantly blame the club for it. I appreciate a deal was done and this is what we've got, but the ticketing map and how the tickets are purchased is not controlled by SAFC. It should be, of course, but it's not.

100% and I understand that but I don't think a good majority of people do.

On the other hand though, if your 3rd party provider/partner is not providing the level of service you promise to you customers, then that is the clubs fault for not addressing the issue with ticketmaster.

Ultimately, there's a lot we don't know and we never will unfortunately.

Here he is again, I am all right jack and no one else knows what they are doing, hope your sc doesnt work at the match. I seriously cant believe some people on here are so selfish not to give a shite about people who may miss out because of this shitshow from the club

As much as I dont want anyone to miss out, how is it a "shitshow" when the ground is sold out?

We'd need to sell out games on a regular basis (most a season league wise) for our owners to expand.

Once or twice a season for crunch games won't make that happen.
We should not even be considering expanding the ground. We've only had one season since we've been at current capacity when we were regularly close to selling out. Any money spent on the ground should be spent on improving it based on current capacity (sorting concourses out and the like).
