Once or twice a season for crunch games won't make that happen.

I don't think we should expand tbf. The capacity is about right for us imo.

I work in IT, in a highly technical role and I think the ticketing system is atrocious.

The map view is no longer fit for purpose on mobile/touch screen devices. There is a clear issue with the efficiency of the map that causes serious delays that should not exist with current tech.

When people say brush up on your IT skills, I agree to an extent with some things people complain about but the general usability of the ticketing system is not to the standard that it should be.

The fact that this is the offering from the largest ticketing service provider in the world is quite staggering. Someone will enter the market and take it easily if they want to.

Yes. Notts Forrest and Huddersfield both got 36,500 last season. Villa got 38,144 back in 2018 before Covid.
