See, now that's the bit I can understand, as it said home tickets will be emailed out when you purchase them. The actual buying them and accessing your account, I'm surprised so many struggle. I'm hopeless with IT and computers and found that part pretty straight forward.

I get other tickets for gigs via ticketmaster on my gmail email. It does make you wonder though why it hasn’t been sorted - I can cut the club some slack we weren’t really in the playoffs until Moday and 45k tickets to shift in 5 days but the gmail problem was there last year.
