What solved it in the end was changing Visa Debit to Visa Credit, even though I have a Visa Debit card!
If you don't get confirmation it's looking like a trip to the ticket office for you I'm afraid bit like my 3 and a half hours in the queue today to sort it. Hopefully it turns up. Wouldn't leave it long though.

Apologies as I know this will have been asked loads. I bought mine and my dad's season ticket seats and the email states that a digital ticket will be sent. I'm assuming that that won't be necessary and we'll just be able to use our season cards as usual at the turnstile?
