Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Am I right in thinking no analysis of ticket sales can be done until season ticket holders have had chance to claim their seats? And if so at what point can the stats start up?

So I went to the pub for a pint and lo and behold, away from home I was able to access the ticketing site. I've come home, switched off wifi on my phone and I can access the ticketing section but when I use my internet connection (talkTalk) I can't. Very strange

Aye I'm also on Talktalk and in same boat, whatever happened was after i had used my desktop at home to get my ticket for Saturday.

Season card activated. Check your account and purchase history, latest will show that today you bought your own seat (if that's what you did). Click on latest purchase, shows details and at the bottom it says 'add to season card, same seat only'.

I did the exact same thing, at least 8 times, before I was finally able to proceed and purchase my seat. :evil:

This for me also, and I eventually was able to pay, using a different card.

Still no digital ticket for me. I can see a visit to the ticket office is going to be needed.

Anyone else still waiting for theirs who is due one?

If you've bought your usual season ticket seat, you card is reactivated by the sounds of things (going to be a bit nervous about that until I'm in the ground).

Talk Talk here too. I had to turn off WiFi and use the data on my phone. Took less than 30 seconds on data. Never had a problem in the past.
