Anyone having issues with authenticating bank details when trying to add a new debit card on their profile?

I keep getting an error message despite doing everything correctly as per the tens of times I do this a month elsewhere.
 
Tried that but as we've had the account about 10 years he has no idea what email account will have been used - if one was ever setup as he was only little when he got his first ticket. Is there no-one I can ring about this as will need to take half day off work if I cant get it resolved - thanks btw

Thanks mate - I've tried all that but it hasn't helped. It's so frustrating. Everything else on the SAFC website works. And the ticketing section has worked OK right up until today. I have no idea what's wrong and I can't seem to do a thing about it. Mystifying. I'll have to get someone else's laptop to do it.
Very strange. Do you have a mobile hotspot you could try connecting too instead of your normal wifi as it's also linked to an IP Address?

Yes I get this when trying to purchase tickets or just save a payment card to my account.

Tried 4 different bank cards and all the same ☹️
 
Same. Shame others are struggling.

I checked on here first before logging into my account, horrified at the list of problems but some great fixes being shared too, crazy how difficult it is/can be just to buy a match ticket. The roll out of the digital SC's is going to be a shambles.
