That's what i thought. All previous seasons have been fine but renewing my season tickets for next season was the first time i had to do them separately and its happened again with the Luton matchYeah that’s fine.
To be honest, normally ASSIGN works no bother. Not sure why there’s an issue this time but being able to manage tickets should get round any future problems.
Had this problem with my sons account, I contacted the SLO on Twitter and he sorted it for me.Has anyone been unable to reset their password when purchasing tickets? Trying to log on to buy my seat for Saturday but an email never arrives when trying to reset my password. I've emailed the club before re this but they just sent the generic link I've tried 1000 times before. Its not in the junk folder either. Don't really fancy a trip to.the ticket office so any help be appreciated.

Anyone who had them down to MANAGE was able to allocate tickets no bother.
That’s what I’ll be doing for my full network before the final if we make it.
Yeah, few people have mentioned Gmail, that's what it is. Hardly an obscure provider! I guess there's no work around then?

True, but why would the email from the club specifically say they would be sending emailed tickets.... and people should contact them if they don't get any.

Likely you’re not receiving the password reset email as you have a gmail address as your registered email.

It had reset permissions for me and the bairn since last seasons play off games (last time it would have been needed).
I remember talk at the time of Fulham game was that permissions had reset between seasons (??)
So it's conceivable that people trying to to it now, who haven't reset the permissions earlier in the season (cos they didn't need to) are having to now.

Not if you haven’t got the password.It was easy enough to go to your profile and change the email. Even I did it.
