Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


This is confusing the hell outta me....can you help me out? I currently have my son (under 16) in my network and both of our accounts are setup to be able to assign tickets to each other but when i log into my account i can only prurchase my ticket. ive had to login to his account to purchase his ticket. How should the network be setup? Should oneor more be selected as Manage rather then Assign?

Set it up so you manage his account. When you see his and it says you can ASSIGN - click the edit button and request to manage it.

I bought a seat different to my normal SC and got a PDF, so they are wrong again
The amount of people having trouble with the “common delivery method” error is ridiculous. The fact that you can’t contact anyone to resolve it is absolutely farcical.

Next season will be hilarious
 
Has anyone been unable to reset their password when purchasing tickets? Trying to log on to buy my seat for Saturday but an email never arrives when trying to reset my password. I've emailed the club before re this but they just sent the generic link I've tried 1000 times before. Its not in the junk folder either. Don't really fancy a trip to.the ticket office so any help be appreciated.

Club have said they aren’t answering phones or emails and all queries have to be in person at the ticket office.
 
It’s not wrong though. Your ST is a ticket for a certain seat. If you’ve bought a different seat your ST won’t allow access. Don’t know how people are struggling
Well why dont you ask all of them, I had to try 3 times to buy one, why did I struggle? I am not using my season card, I didnt expect my SC to allow access. I had relatives up for Easter so changed seats, and got PDFS for 3 tickets, 2 out of the 3 worked, mine didnt, they are a shambles, f***ing joke for the size of the club, the solution to my ticket not been able to scan? go to the ticket office, missed 10 minutes of the Hull game, its a poundland adventure park

Do you think this looks correct? I dont want to have the hassle of not being able to purchase two Wembley tickets (hopefully) and not purchasing them together

Yeah that’s fine.

To be honest, normally ASSIGN works no bother. Not sure why there’s an issue this time but being able to manage tickets should get round any future problems.
