Some reason I can’t select my actual season ticket seat
If you go to your account (icon next to the basket at the top) you will have a notification about a reserved ticket, it will allow you to add to your basket

Am I correct in saying the tickets are just added to your season card? I does say add to season card ( same seat only ) £000. But then says tickets will be sent to either print out or add digitally... Anyway I've bought our 2 £28 and £8... Can't waitYeah I've just seen the official post above. Contradicts what the email says but all good.

I think you need to have it set to 'manage tickets'
Most only have it set to 'assign tickets'
I could get mine and the boys but my Mam's fella could only get his and not his Grandsons ticket.
Only difference is my account is set up for assign and manage tickets. His is only assign.
You can click request to manage tickets and then the people who's tickets you're wanting to buy for will need to authorise and approve you to manage their tickets and then you should be able to purchase on their behalf.
I think that's how it works.

My seat was available, so I tried to buy it and got an error message. Checked my basket, checked my account and nothing reserved anywhere as I remember it was for Sheff Wed last year and it was an easy process. I'm just a block over so it's not a massive deal.
