Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Hi mate, you must have the ticket or tickets allocated to someone who doesn’t have a purchase history - make sure the tickets are allocated to someone with a purchase history
I have a purchase history but that account uses gmail.

I tried to reset the password but gmail doesn’t work.

I created a new account with BT email.

But I don’t have a purchase history ffs 🤦‍♂️

Got 2 seats in ‘basket’ but I can’t checkout!!!!!

Unfortunately, one or more items in your basket is assigned to a newly registered client, which is not allowed.
The newly asigned person, do they have a purchase history? If they don't you can't asign it to them but pretty sure you can just asign that ticket to the same person who has a purchase history on your account and should work
