Are they waiting till we volunteer to run the ticket office ourselves like?

These can get to fuck that's me done. End of me being a season ticket holder. After confiscating me season card against QPR they can keep the fucker
So basically If I want no issues for the Norwich game I’m going to have to wait until the ticket office is open and stand in a queue for hours to sort out an issue that is not of my making.
Not like I work for a living or anything

^^

And massively massively out of pocket. I'm sure the club give a fuck though 🤬

Aye and people locked out against QPR said the same I'm sure when their season card worked against coventry
Hopefully mine is okay for the Norwich game then, been okay for the first 2 games though

Fingers crossed for ya obviously. Seems like a lottery as to whether your seat gets double sold or not. Not sure if it's first come first served at the turnstile or most recent purchase as my and everyone I spoke with a experience is of having season tickets for years

Any credible club would have a steward move the person who has bought the matchday ticket, apologise and move them to the Premier Concourse. Leaving the season card holder to take their seat. Not ideal but the club are pissing on the loyalty of season card holders here.

Remember some fans sticking up for the club saying it was a good idea to go all online ?, wonder what they think now...
It would be almost ok even if you could sort queries out online but there is bo way of doing that.
What the owners fail to realise is, this is not Debenhams and you can't simply close the face to face side and carry-on. Football is unlike any other business where there is emotion and loyalty and they are taking advantage of it.

Just off here read about 25 year long STC being moved, seats reserved for deceased family members getting moved, not even an apology in the ground off any of the staff who were speaking with us

Aye it’s a shambles at the moment like, having to Q up before the Norwich game to sort out a mistake that the club caused by double booking seats is ridiculous, not having the 10% discount sorted out on the tills on the concourse yet is also out of order ,that’s without talking about the shambles of the ticket office and club shop

Like fuck will they, we both know that. Got telt by about 5 different stewardy managers queuing up was the only solution. Didn't have time to argue and still missed the first 5 minutes
Shocking that. Ticket office needs to be open mon-fri 9 to 5, people should be able to go there on their own time, not stand queuing like a tit and probably miss some of the game.

I know you'll be reading this (the club). THIS is what you are doing, you are taking advantage of one of the biggest fanbases in the country and are losing some of them due to this and this only.

Louis-Dreyfuss, you came in talking about building bridges and mentioning asset stripping by Donald and co yet look at what you are doing? These people are wanting to spend a decent chunk of their hard-earned on the club you are presently the custodian of but there are non-league clubs who are far more accessible and whontreat their fans with far less contempt.

You have young uns who applied for jobs in retail, just wanting to sell mechandise now having to be the face of the club and face the ire of the fans due to a situstion YOU created.

You're taking the piss mate.

The DD thread had me looking at the terms & conditions of season tickets. Turns out we’ve all agreed to being moved at any time.

4.2 The Club reserves the right to relocate the Holder or Nominee/Season Card to any other seat in the Ground at any time.

Interesting to know if that's standard across other clubs.

QBe interesting to see where they stand on splitting people up. If someone bought a ST with their mate (or small child for instance) and the club reserves the right to move thier seat at any time, then do they reserve the right to send one of you to the opposite end of the ground to the other ?

But the big question in all of this, is why?

Fair enough if there's some construction or rearrangement of the seating layout, but to randomly move fans ST seats, just to put another fan in their place? What's the point of that

As you say. Had a shit two hours at the match and if I've got another hour of queueing up ahead who is paying for that time?
You have no obligation to queue, they’ve sold you a season ticket, it’s not for you to sort out their mistakes. Write to them and tell you don’t have a ticket as per your contract of sale with them.

If they don’t fix it take them to the small claims court, costs about £35 online and you get it back if you win.

Presume so as it was happening left right at centre and the stewards quite open about not giving a fuck.. acted like they were doing us a favour by allowing us into the premier concourse

I don't have a ticket quite literally they took the fucker off us

But as you paid for one, it’s their problem to fix.

It is a ludicrous situation atleast a non league club would want your money. The club are burning through goodwill needlessly.
