Ticket shambles today

With a season ticket in the south stand that worked last week, today it won't let me in so I'm told to go to turnstile 9-10. There is a bloke there letting people into the premier concourse in exchange for your season ticket. He had a plastic bag full of them.

They said my seat has been sold to someone else due to a duplicate ticket error on Ticketmaster and I need to queue at the ticket office before Norwich to get it sorted and get it back.

Just a heads up for anyone in the same boat. Even with the recent issues it is hard to believe how bad this stuff is at the minute.

Turnstiles 55-62 will be in use for Roker End ticket holders ONLY and will NOT be accessible to other supporters.

Same boat here. Given I work Saturdays and don't have time to queue up for five hours before the match it's a f***ing disgrace

The bloke next to me was told they'd be fixed and posted back out so that's some slim hope. I'll not hold my breath though.

Like fuck will they, we both know that. Got telt by about 5 different stewardy managers queuing up was the only solution. Didn't have time to argue and still missed the first 5 minutes
