Copy shops. 20 years ago loads of retail outlets were advertising services where you went in and did your photocopies for 5p a pop. Then the undercutters sprung up at 4p a go. Don't see any of them around now, does nobody copy any more?

Swap shops. Remember the one near park lane where you could take your computer games in and swap for another of similar value

Edit again. Two of my neighbours. One either side. Both died a few weeks ago.

VHS repair shops. Does no one watch videos anymore?
They are likely worn out now. Too many belts rubber rollers and other moving parts in VCR. Profitable at the time, i could get s set of heads for £5, I’m sure some of you know the cost of fitting them.
