Said this loads this season.5th goal is a great example of the benefit of leaving a player up the pitch for corners.
Roefs distribution is more than good enough for it to work

Commentators said he ignored every player that came off when subbed, apart from Spence who made a point of going up to him.Manager not acknowledging him when he hooked him after 16 minutes was really poor like.
I dunno why he did that. Weirdly pulled his hand in.That's poor. I'm sure he pulled his hand away form the first.
4 of the goals athletico scored were all massive errors. Seemed fixed
If he let another fuck up in he would be reet up there with 3 fuck up goals.Wow.

I think its the angle, I think the ball was already past him which is why he sort of gives upThat's poor. I'm sure he pulled his hand away form the first.
Some players always try to get away with wearing a shorter stud than is necessary. I understand why as longer studs on harder ground can hurt your feet after the game. When you train all week and your feet are your career it's sort of understandable but you can't be slipping about like Bambi on ice. Madness.Players were slipping over all over the place
Bizarre appointment in the first placeIf Tudor stays they are going down. He’s like a Di Canio figure. He was either going to command respect straight away or burn bridges, no inbetween. It’s the latter. Spurs should sack him tomorrow.
Allardyce to try and rescue Spurs could yet be the headline nobody anticipatedCommentators said he ignored every player that came off when subbed, apart from Spence who made a point of going up to him.
Losing every game is bad enough but losing the players too will be game over for him there.
Sorry but he's obviously wearing the wrong footwear if he's slipping over under very little pressure.First one is a slip, not his fault.
Second one, shite defending before another slip
Third one, keepers fault.
Harsh on the keeper but Spurs are absolutely turgid.
Well, yeah there is that but then the second one you could say the same. I'd lay a bet that that pitch was heavily watered that end of the pitch before kick off. See it all the time.Sorry but he's obviously wearing the wrong footwear if he's slipping over under very little pressure.
I don't think taking him off at that point was bad management. I think it was probably the right thing to do.Harsh that like. First goal he slipped exactly the same as the Spurs defender did for the 2nd. At fault for the third but every keper makes thenl odd error.
Poor management for me
The have a kick about pre game. They should be running, twisting and turning and chose the correct footwear for the conditions. Both players slipped over under hardly any pressure. They were probably wearing moldies or blades instead of a longer stud. Probably think boots are a fashion accessory.Sorry but he's obviously wearing the wrong footwear if he's slipping over under very little pressure.

He wasn't the only player struggling with the surface. Van de Ven slipped for the second goal, Oblak slipped a couple of times in the first half, and I saw a few others lose their footing in the first half.Sorry but he's obviously wearing the wrong footwear if he's slipping over under very little pressure.
It's called not wearing the appropriate footwear! He wasn't the only player struggling with the surface. Van de Ven slipped for the second goal, Oblak slipped a couple of times in the first half, and I saw a few others lose their footing in the first half.
Something else the commentators mentioned (I think it's Fletcher with McCoist on TNT) was how often the players were slipping over but none of them changed their boots.Sorry but he's obviously wearing the wrong footwear if he's slipping over under very little pressure.
