The odds must be pretty good.Do you think he'll shoot it in black and white?
The Witch is creep as f**k.Didn't know about this. Enjoyed The Lighthouse. I'll have to check out The Witch in the meantime.
The witch is canny. It's a great movie.
I'm looking forward to Robert Eggers much-delayed version given how much I loved his movies The Witch and The Lighthouse. Probably not out until 2024, though.
Surprisingly goodOld Henry... Great Western with twist.really enjoyed it
It deffo not tom daleyAye he's the young lad, takes a canny part tbf.
Thought the witch was the biggest pile of shite I have ever saw and watched it at cinema as well. Would of walked out if I had of been on my own.. suppose everyone's taste is different likeThe witch is canny.

I hated Hereditary, but I loved Midsommar.Ah that's a shame, I loved the foreboding, grim atmosphere in The Witch.
As you say everyone is different, there's a few universally acclaimed films I absolutely hate such as Hereditary and Nomadland.
Been meaning to watch this for ages and never got to it.Nosferatu (1922)
Nearly a century old and it's still the best adaptation. It's the creepiest of the lot When I first saw it as a kid I actually thought Max Schreck was a real vampire. He was that convincing. A masterpiece of menace and atmosphere that still remains one of the most visually harrowing films of all time.
8.5/10
