I was so pleased when the fans group challenged on this a few months ago but then it went dead. Would love to see ALS, WMS, RR, WTF and SAFCTV join forces and ask again. Who is is charge?

some posters on here had him practically running marseille with his Dad..his Dad having sold the club when KLD was just 18!

I don't particularly agree, I would be more interested in how Speakman came to his attention, craic is the Italian DOF came to Shorts attention by pure coincidence.

It’s just scary the sheer lack of proper footballing people (who have played the game to a high standard) in the most important positions at the club upstairs. There’s literally nobody at the full club I don’t think other than Michael Proctor who has played professional football and how long ago was it since he has played? I may be wrong but the whole club is just set up to fail.

You make a very good point neither Speakman or Dodds have played professional football, Davison is an engineer, KLD a former Leeds Poly student. Donald, Methvan & Satori are just spivs

It’s crazy mate and I think that’s been a huge part of our problem for too long now. Imagine a school being ran by factory workers and mechanics and stuff it just simply can’t work.

This is why it almost has to be Keane. We need someone with high level footballing experience in the club. Someone who knows what the club needs, what it's standards have to be. Someone who appreciates the value you can get from data without it being the be all and end all. Tbh, whilst I'd have data analysts, I'd be very tempted to have an experienced football minded director of football (god knows why speakman went for the "sporting director" title, probably thought it looked better on LinkedIn) as well. It's almost like people fresh out of university with all the theoretical knowledge but none of the practical, you've got to have that in a football club
