On green terrace that was Varisty for a time and a few other bars and restaurants.

Is this building actually used for anything these days?

As an exile I rarely get back but growing up I always thought it was one of the best architecturally designed buildings in the town and would be good to see it made use of.

Have no idea what you could actually do with it though if bars and restaurants don't work.

The design of it doesn't lend itself particularly well to bars or restaurants as it lacks a good advice frontage onto the street, means you can't have a nosey in to see what the crack is.

Obviously opening absolutely shite bars there hasn't helped either like.

Yeah, I thought the Mexican place had closed.

It's a shame, good building and would be good to see it put to some decent use.
