Yeah we were there from 11. Loved it and good how the dj had done his research. Stayed until as close to kick off as possible so everyone was steaming when they played will griggs on fire at the end etc. Scenes :p:neutral:
 
Funny I never really drank that much on match day despite having the drink as much as you want diamond package. Strange that when it's available you dont abuse it as much. Mind you , had a terrible hangover from Trafalgar Sq the day before, guts really bad, could hardly eat me Sunday dinner!
Both me kid brothers, 56 and 60 respectively were seriously pissed as arseholes! The youngest been the worst, falling down amongst piles of empty cans and bottles on Saturday and wobbling around all day Sunday.
 
Some of these stories do not show us in a good light as travelling supporters ! You'd think some never f***ing get out in their lives absolutely grim. No wonder the atmosphere was flat. Fuck knows what Portsmouth supporters think of us reading these given our indignation of their behaviour !

While I agree some people were stupidly drunk, I really couldn't give a shiney shite what f***ing Pompey though of us.

They can as it’s against the law to be in or attempt to enter a ground whilst drunk and can lead to arrest/FBO. Most places seem to turn a blind eye to it

Aye we were there from early on it was good like. They must have made a canny amount at £4 or £5 a can. We spent well over £100

I had to drive in case the baby came, so all I had all day was an ale and a shandy. Didn't miss it either tbh.

our mate got in .not even a wobble they said cant get in and he started arguing they got him in a headlock was bit pushing and shoving police saw came over told mate not to bother off he went to sit down by train station
