The Mags

you can go and talk about what the fuck you want on a mag board. Just as we can here on a
SUNDERLAND board. You're not very bright are you?
Well I don't really want to engage with you, as I believe you to be a bit of a tool, so ignore ;)

It's a piss taking topic man. No matter what we can rely on your lot to provide a mountain of laughs.

Your self entitlement is staggering to behold.

Your lot are cannon fodder like Safc are but you will never accept it, due to the Keegan era.

60 years for a domestic trophy .
Why are you engaging me on a mag thread that has not been sub sectioned?

Good idea. Ignore feature everyone and you will have a forum all to yourself.

Or

Just give up and scuttle off to a mag board where you can all hold hands.

What a joke you lot are. Have you heard of self awareness and how all these whinges look to anyone with one brain cell?

The very definition of a mag.

Amoeba; A single-celled animal which catches food and moves about by extending finger-like projections of protoplasm. Amoebas are either free-living in damp environments or parasitic.

There is a report on skysports transfer centre,

Headed "where have the magpies gone wrong?"

Underneath they talk about the fact they've made £45 million of profit on transfers.

Now forgive me for being obtuse, but how is making a profit "wrong"?

That's the reason the numbnuts are up in arms.

Being run in a manner that brings a profit and maintains premier league status

That's "wrong"

We need a shaking head smiley

You can if your ambition is to get as high up the league as possible.
I hear what you are saying though, to be fair. Every player has his price, When you do sell though it should be priority to replace said player with someone else, reinvest the money back into the playing staff, not balance the income.

However the flip side is you do need to balance the money.. I dunno, it's not my money that I want spent, But it's not really Ashleys either, money generated via normal running of the club should be plowed back into the club.

You could argue that at the time he was replaced. You ended up with Ba and Cisse who did the business for a while, then even Remy on loan who the club should have perhaps tried to push the boat out to sign permanently.

Ashley has made clear its sell to buy and there have been sales. I reckon the latest from Benitez is just trying to pressure the club into releasing those funds for the player(s) he wants.

Who are these players he wants? He has been given a new keeper, a new defender and a new forward from Japan.

£16 million spent, plus wages on top so that will probably taken it to £30 million

Now who does he want? £40 and £50 million pound players on £250 grand a week?

They have lascelles and shelves who are world class and should be in the England squad, according to the numbnuts.

Can a world class manager not make the players at the club improve? Can he not cope ?

What I find mental is the fact that we have to explain to the mags WHY this behaviour is bizarre.
Mock funerals, embarrassingly misspelled bedsheets, chanting Dave Whelan's name, wearing DW shirts, blocking a depot, blocking their own turnstiles, smashing their own city, sprawling banners over their city when no one is around to see them....The list goes on

They general consensus of the fans is that they still expect another striker.

They always want another something

They finished tenth, we were told that was amazing blah blah bloody blah.

World class benitez needs to actually show his ability to get what he has going

Makes them look like the most passionate fans around, apparently. Mind, we just divn't understand. They're more than a clerb, after-all.

Yes you are correct we did buy Ba and Cisse, but again, both combined no where near the cost of the sale. Which is not necessarily a bad thing but you would hope that with the surplus cash (we had it all in one payment from Liverpool) we would strengthen other areas. To be fair that season we had a blinder due to some luck and good players etc..

If you lot looking in think we are all whining biatches and us being inside think things are not as they should be, somewhere in the middle lays the truth. We are not terribly run (as you lot point out) but its not all a bed of roses either.

(by the way, thanks for not going down the insult route just because we disagree.)
