Apart from laughing our tits off at yous being in the third division, aye lifes canny . Yous all said the same last year, we stayed up easily and yous were relegated to the third tier starting closer to Gateshead in the league than us.

We have got rid of Short you still have Ashley. We are no longer the play thing of a sugar daddy who never tell us shit cause actually he doesnt give a shit about what we/you think.
We are in league 1 but we know exactly what is happening at our club, what the owners plans are, where he wants to take us, what the limitations are and actually the fans are largely pretty pleased with the way things are going.
Contrast that to the "Toon", fans are up in arms, Ashley wont speak to them, in fact he wont even tell the manger what his budget is or is not. He runs a steady ship that stops the club ending up in ruins but the fans want him out so somebody else can bankrupt it.
League 1 and we are happy as Larry; Premiership and you spend your days on your biggest rivals message board taking in just how positive we are an how much you are hating life.
