So that’s where all the #nufc money has gone. At least we know now. Saving the deal until just after deadline day.

Did the £20m #nufc transfer profit and unspent tv revenue just buy mr. Ashley a new company?
 

Ashley reminds me a little of Short he knows the fans hate him and want him out so he is just doing what he has to at the club until he eventually sells up.. He is trying to recoup as much as he can first.. The difference we had an owner who ruined the club from top to bottom left the country and left us to rot hence our catastrophic drop..
On the other side they have an owner who has the club on a sure footing competing in the top flight..must be terrible that.
What a bunch of fickle hard done by fans.. Really???
Be careful what you wish for they could quite easily have done a Leeds, Portsmouth or even us..which for me is what their fans deserve..
My god hard done by with a divine right... NOT!!

Very very wealthy and powerful businessman, who has NUFC as a small and irritating part of his empire. If they continue to piss him off he will get to the point where he will just pull the plug on them completely. He has the power and means to destroy the club completely, and there's nothing the fans can do about it, short of stumping up £400 million to take it off his hands. They need to be careful what they wish for.

I told the wife (no!) that theses would be the next tweets coming. One thing's for sure - when it comes to understanding finance, they just divvent understand :)

We all know where the money has gone now. We can't afford to buy a left back for 6 or 8 million but hours after the transfer window shuts Ashley buys house of fraser for 90 million. Absolutely sickening.
