You're lucky I'm here at all. Don't normally post on lower league forums tbh.
You should be used to it being a yo yo club however I doubt you post on any of your Mickey Mouse forums as most of your lot are on here 24 /7

Mag in telling a Sunderland fan to stop posting about the mags and concentrate on watching the champions league final while on a Sunderland message board.

whilst posting himself on a Sunderland message board while the champions league final is on shocker.

According to the English Football League’s rules and regulations regarding sporting sanctions, clubs could face point deductions in the case of an “insolvency event”.

The rules state: “If any club becomes subject to or suffers an insolvency event, that club shall be deducted 12 points.

“If a group undertaking of a club becomes subject to or suffers an insolvency event, then the board shall have the power to impose upon the club a deduction of 12 points scored or to be scored in the League competition.”

The points would be deducted when the club becomes subject to any insolvency action. If this is before the fourth Thursday in March, the deduction is applied straight away. If it is after the fourth Thursday in March, the club will start the next season on minus 12 points.

Remember all the noise they made when they wanted us to be deducted points for playing Ji-Dong Wong
Has The Football League got owt to do with this?

 Bricking it. And rightly so.

Do tell, what is an insolvency event...?

Beyond the other posts that I've put onto this thread I wonder why some of you pray for a 12 point deduction or a forced relegation... neither would make any difference to your club's situation. It's not like the revenue service can appoint a decent manager for your team...
