Just had Vern in from the bar opposite, (Geralds), he is the Manager of the bar, (until....fingers crossed Gerald, aka Gatesheed wins his appeal). Anyway , he is a massive mag, (not massive as in beefy though). He reckons those skunks will have won the league by February. What a deluded shite...and he waters down the beer too. I think Villa will do it.
 

Didn't vern used to work in spoons?

Nice little step up for him and I've heard only good things about him from the lads who drink down gerry's...

pretty sure they will do more battering than you :lol:
but hopefully their terrible away form from last season continues without any "bottle" added to the squad!

Aye i kna what you mean marra, deluded the lot of them. Gladly, i live in the South of the Region, but i remember the odd few mags we get praising McClaren early on last season.

Gary (a delivery man), not the one you might know, said a lot of the mags he has delivered to recently think they'll set a new league points record or go unbeaten all season. It was at this point that he remarked that the first loss they suffer may test them mentally. I didn't get a chance to reply as he had to be off to get round to Pauline's.

Not sure but maybe former MLF's Beefy and True Geordie might start supporting SAFC again? Pretty sure True Geordie went to the play off final. Or did he drive a minibus there? Or was it Beefy? Not sure. You might be able to confirm though.
