Yeah that's him, 8th in the premier league, then sold out to be the richest club in the world, at the time, not even Chelsea who was the first could out spend them, and still can't to this day talk about dominance, now they are regulars in the champions league, done it all at domestic just need that European cup and world championship now.

I have no problem with people trying to turn a quick profit by owning us. Literally the only way to do that would be to make us successful. Bring it on.

The problem with Madrox is that they didn't have the resources to absorb the risk of us not being successful quickly. They didn't have the money to run a club of our size and should never have been allowed to beg, steal or borrow (allegedly) their way to being able to do so.

I know where you are coming from, but why would a guy with 2BN and his brother with another 2BN, want all this struggle, grief and change of location from Monaco wasn't it, to sell a club on for what might be 50-100m max if promoted to the Championship. After paying the other 3, surely KLD's cut would be a scratch on the surface of 2BN.

To a degree he is just a bigger guarantor than Satori was for them two. It's like a Russian doll of investors. If he did try to buy them out 100%, then that makes Madrox liars yet again, as they claim their shares have always been for sale. It would also suggest KLD's intentions were more honourable. He's got a lot of work to do to get back onside, if he is even bothered what people think. Hope he has the balls to show up to the RAWA meeting tonight.

Like I said mate. After what's came out this week, I'm not sure what his intentions are, but I'm undecided as to if it was for the good of the club or just to line his own pockets.

Hes been seen sat with Charlie at the games and apparently in the manager interviews which suggests that they're more friends than enemies.

Yes, and there lies the real problem. Satori is the conduit to all of this. He's everyones pal and Methven will have kissed KLD's arse to get him on board and milk that cow. KLD should be pretty annoyed CM/SD have come out said KLD could have bought the shares anytime he wanted, as it makes him look the problem here.

Wonder how much they want to f#ck off completely?

If KLD is as ambitious as we've been led to believe, having these two as a ball n chain around the club is going to hamper those ambitions whilst having still having to invest, but not at the levels he wants or we need.

Marwood seems like he has some kind of indirect input, I can’t believe we can’t make a bloody good case to get some proper wealthy backers, especially given what’s gone on up the road.

One of the things that appealed about KLD was the idea that he’s linked to some serious wealth. Yet here we are with the 3 chancers and f***ing Billy Storey back on the scene.

We’re Sunderland AFC, being kicked around by potless pound shoppers, whole thing is surreal.

I thought he has enough money himself to buy and run the club, and at least get us competitive in the championship. Not sure he wants to spend it though?
 
IF KLD does not have majority voting control, I would think there has to be some time-based covenants between the madrox cretins and KLD on majority share control.

We can't subsist sustainably in the third tier given the club size and first tier infrastructure. We have to at least get to the champo to run sustainably I would think, and that was one of KLDs stated goals to "run sustainably".

Soo... I would think promotion would trigger a covenant where madrox cashes out at a set price and KLD assumes control exclusively or with other partners.

If promotion does not occur, then the question is what happens next??

I highly doubt KLD got involved to spend multiple years in the third tier with these tinpot chancers.

Which is why I agree with you I think it’s Bollocks as well, to try and slow down the advance of a movement, to get thr chuckle brothers Out it’s got methven all over it, it’s right up his street.
