What a sad, bitter man he is. Its now newsworthy to say 'well we could have had him but we didn't' is it?
 
they all passed because he hasn't developed into the player people hoped, hence Man City offering him about before more people found him out.
 
Well of course they did. Got offered half of the German World Cup side but didn't want them either.

Strange thing is they've made some decent signings themselves - shite like this just makes them look desperate for 'one up' on little old Sunderland. They should probably make an effort on the pitch as opposed to letting their media circus do the talking.
