Why do you always get random cars parked around the lay-bys on the way into Costco as well.
Not like the metro center is a massive car park and free to use. And coach park is yards away for staff and public.
Obvs don’t park in it over night as they clamp you.

I went to the Metro for opening one Sunday morning and DVLA must have had a field day on the Saturday. In the one car park alone there was 20+ cars clamped with "no tax" labelled all over them.
