The premier league requires the same ball be used unless its lost or definitely needs changing. So you can't have instant ball returns like European leagues have
 
They are f***ing shite like. It doesn't help that we only have one ball though, when you watch a foreign match as soon as the ball leaves the pitch another's thrown straight back on.

Seriously for home games let's do this properly (a la Real Madrid) ..have a multitude of balls around the stadium available at all times - with the ball boys trained to react instantly ...surely this would meet the approval of PDC's wish to be uptempo at all times?!
 
How the ball boy reacts makes a big difference in a game, just ask Eden Hazard.

As was posted earlier in the thread, the premier league don't allow the use of a multiball system. So it's a non starter what PDC wants
